Jamaica Vacation w/ the Tangs Jeremy

The Highlights:

- The gorgeous weather and clear blue waters of ocho rios

- Our daily itinerary: breakfast, sunning poolside, jamaican jerk chicken (lunch), beaching, 1st dinner, 2nd dinner, dessert, evening activity, sleep

- Jeremy's first plane trip, beach experience, & swim

- Our waiter, uncle derek (see photo), whisking jeremy away as we have 1st dinner

- Enjoying the critically acclaimed "bootie song" everyday by the poolside

- Seeing the guys both scream as a jamie foxx look-a-like put a fiery torch down his pants

- The sight of leopard print speedos & muffin tops in the morning...mmmm...

- THE JAMAICAN JERK CHICKEN!!!!!!!

...Change is Inevitable!...

...It's time for a change...I haven't had short hair since I was 7...simply because my mom traumatized me with haircuts that made everyone think I was a boy...now, 20 years later...with about 8 inches lopped off...

3:30 pm -- Sky darkens and thunders...

3:35 pm -- I go outside to close my car windows and sun roof...

3:36 pm -- Electricity goes out. Phone lines go out. Winds of up to 50 mph approach...

3:37 pm -- Tornado touches down on Wagon Road and rip through power lines and a tree in front of the office...

3:38 PM -- I no longer have a car because...

A TREE FALLS ON MY CAR AND SWALLOWS IT!!!

I'm honestly very thankful to have gotten out alive, but still very shaken up since witnessing/enduring the entire episode...if you noticed in the first picture, my co-worker's car was directly in front of the tree and there were other cars behind the tree (not pictured)...yet all those cars escaped...untouched!?!...

Most know that I am not a materialistic person...this car WAS my first to be owned...I worked hard and paid for it myself...many irreplacable memories in that car...heart-broken...
